Newsletter - The new sailing system replaces the Scrabster route -

Lómur and Blikur sail directly to Immingham with fresh fish.

Faroe Ship launched a new sailing schedule at the beginning of the year. Four
container vessels and one pallet vessel have been sailing between Faroe Islands and
several harbours in Scandinavia and Europe.

In line with the future plans of Faroe Ship to unite and streamline the activities, the
work of containerising all liner-traffic activities has continued, for the sake of being
able to offer at total solution, increased service level and to stay competitive.

The time is mature and it has been decided from beginning of July 2008 that all
import and export will be routed through Tórshavn with our container vessels; Lómur,
Blikur, Góðafoss and Dettifoss. Our numerous vehicles will take care of the task of
domestic transportation for our customers.

New Lómur and Blikur will be sailing to/from Tórshavn, Immingham, Århus,
Gøteborg, Fredrikstad, Reykjavík and Reyðarfirði.

Godafoss and Dettifoss will be sailing to/from Tórshavn, Rotterdam, Hamburg,
Århus, Reykjavík and Grundartanga.

As the Scrabster route will be directed to Immingham, Faroe Ship has made a cooperation
agreement with Quayside in Grimsby to sort and distribute all fresh fish. A
close partnership between Eimskip Immingham, Quayside and Faroe Ship will enable
us to offer our customers delivery of fresh fish in UK, Scotland and Boulogne sur Mer
Monday morning.
